CNC machining at LHM
Milling, turning and grinding are among the most commonly used methods of CNC machining, i.e. machining consisting in the precise removal of precisely defined parts of materials.
Machining of metals and plastics using CNC machines allows us to maximize the use of raw materials and reduce waste, while minimizing production costs.
From the very beginning of its activity, LHM uses these technologies which guarantee the highest quality of services.
We currently have as many as 30 CNC machines and machinery parks in two locations.
The CNC machine tools we use are top-class equipment!
Currently, our machinery park includes as many as 15 CNC machines from leading manufacturers, such as Mazak, Okuma, DMG MORI and Doosan.
The scope of machining of our CNC machines is:
- milling: 1300 x 1000 x 1000 mm,
- turning: Φ800 x 700 mm.
During CNC machining, we use modern CNC machine tools that enable efficient work with almost every material.
The milling machines, lathes and grinders that we use for CNC machining have built-in control systems that enable them to work fully automatically.
